Bursting with fresh raspberry and pomegranate flavours, a subtle hibiscus lift and a whiff of vanilla bean, this Rosé is made with mostly Merlot fruit from the Kuitpo sub-region of the Adelaide Hills. We also threw in a splash of Grenache to enhance its cleansing, pink grapefruit savoury finish. A perfect match with charcuterie and sunshine!

About the Wine

Work it baby!! This little Rosé is made for the stage!  Grown out at Kuipto in the Adelaide Hills at Scott Hicks vineyard – a well-known Hollywood Director and the man behind the movie Shine!

The block was grown specifically for Rosé mainly to accentuate the bright raspberry aromas but pairing it with the trademark Merlot earthiness.  We then threw a bit of old vine Grenache into the wine which brings out the bright red fruit spectrum.   Seriously these Grenache vines look more like Trees – they’re as thick as a dinner plate and 6ft high! No one actually knows how old they are but we don’t mind – it makes for an epic little Rosé!

Serve it poolside with some red-fleshed fish or zesty skewers off the BBQ! A cracker for a hot summer’s day.
