Touriga has been garnering attention for some time now in Australia as a dry table red wine, owing to its intense colour, lifted floral aromatics and friendly, vibrant fruit profile. We’ve taken ripe, intense fruit from a 30-year-old vineyard in Langhorne Creek and vinified this wine without the addition of preservative (sulphur.) The result is a medium-bodied, deliciously juicy red that deserves your attention. It’s intense yet approachable, and should be served with a slight chill alongside a charcuterie board and/or vintage cheddar with fruit paste. Get into it.
