Our Vermentino is one of our absolute favorites. Silky smooth, with a clean crisp dry finish. Verm is an emerging variety in Australia with incredible potential. It’s a wine that shares all the characteristics with a crisp dry Riesling paired perfectly with a bold Chardonnay.
We get this fruit from two different vineyards, one in the Adelaide Hills and also McLaren Vale from the same vineyard where we get our beloved Grenache for the Deathbox.
