Head Chef, Kyran Henry will bring you a fresh and vibrant Vietnamese feast – perfect for celebrating the start of Spring! 🌸
Kyran worked at a Vietnamese restaurant called The Foraging Quail which was hatted, he learnt a lot about the food from the Vietnamese owner Minh. He loves the cuisine, its flavours and textures. Guests can expect traditional dishes with modern flair such as Bo La Lot and Roasted Pork Belly with flavours of banh mi.
