Join us for dining experiences like no-other. With all produce coming from small farmers typically a three-hour drive from Brisbane, let our culinary team take you on a local food journey.
For example, our Dry-Aged Beef Experience of 1kg of dry-aged Killarney beef prepared over our firepit over the course of 24hrs. Served with house-made bread, prawns, greens and crunchy potatoes.
